General Information

• Shipping time may vary according to Australia Post time frames and zones and does not include order processing time.
• All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9am - 3:30pm AEST.
• Orders can take up to two business days to process before being shipped; this may be longer if there is a huge promotion taking place.
• In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped.
To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email/phone call from our Customer Care team.
• We currently only ship within Australia. International shipping will be introduced at a later time and marketed among our socials, so follow us to stay up-to-date with the latest.

When will my order be dispatched?

All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days.

What happens if my order is delayed?

Orders will be delivered via Sendle or Australia Post, if an order exceeds the stated ETA – please contact us via email info@thephoneproject.com.au

As we use a third-party provider for delivery, please note there may be delays in their schedule. We endeavour to ensure all our orders are delivered in a timely and efficient manner and work closely with Sendle and Australia Post to make this happen.

How can I use Click & Collect service?

Get your products faster with Click and Collect! Simply add your products to your cart, on the shipping page select Click and Collect, process your payment, and take your digital proof of purchase over to our store to collect your items.

An email notification will be sent to you to notify you when your order is ready for collection. Please ensure your contact number and email is correct to avoid any delays. 

What if my order is incorrect or damaged?

Please check your orders upon arrival; if you face a problem with any products ordered online, it is pivotal that this is reported to our team within 24 hours of receiving your items.

Please note: We will not accept responsibility for items that are damaged, lost or stolen during shipping. 

What happens if my item is out of stock?

Where an item is out of stock, a notification will be issued to advise this and dispatch will be issued as soon as the item is made available at our warehouse. In cases where multiple items are ordered, we will dispatch the available products and organise delivery of the back-ordered item separately.
